Discrimination in the Workplace

Discrimination can take many forms. Discrimination can be done on the basis of race, ethnicity, geographical location and nation etc. Job discrimination includes the exclusion of people from jobs because of their race. Job discrimination was outlawed at the national level in 1964. It is unlawful employment practice for an employer to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual or to limit, segregate, or classify his employees in any way that deprives an individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee because of the individual's race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

Our mission to bring awareness to job discriminition and provide a place for those to voice their testimonies of being discriminated in the workplace. We want to be able to provide those with information about their rights and how to help them if they feel like they've been discrimiated against.
